there is no use if u are the fastest runner in singapore.

there is no use if u are the home-run hitter of the season.

there is no use if u can field ANY time of ball, throw the ball faster than the pitching machine, or be familiarized with plays till u can play it in ur sleep.

All these are no use, unless the whole team is moving at the same pace as you. Everyone improving at the same time (this is not about the standard, it is abt the rate of progress), and not just you. Softball is a team game, our team is only as strong as its weakest player. That is why we all gotta help each other improve and move along. That is why we can't just care about our own training progress.

And we got have e common team goal. There's no point walking around blindfolded.
